Albert Kam ("Al") is a Director with the Oahu office of VR Mergers & Acquisitions. As a serial entrepreneur, Al brings 30+ years experience and an extraordinary passion for business to his seller and buyer clients. He has successfully founded, built and sold five successful businesses here in Hawaii. All sold for many times the initial investment.

Prior to joining VR, he was sales manager of a long established local manufacturer-distributor in the construction and building materials industry. During the 14 years there his strategic efforts helped launch successful branches that included Arizona, Las Vegas, Kona, and Maui. He was a major contributing factor that boosted sales of $8 million when he started to over $30 million when he left.

Al has a BA from the University of Hawaii. He grew up and has his roots here in Hawaii and has done business throughout the islands.

Al is a present member of Architects and Engineers of Hawaii, Structural Engineers of Hawaii, Masons Association of Hawaii and other business and charity organizations. He is married and the proud parent of triplets, two boys and a girl, all enrolled at Hawaii’s prestigious Punahou school.
